It’s About You, Too!

If you’re a member of the Sidney First Leadership Community, thank you for your participation. It is quite a journey as we learn how to embrace investing ourselves in the lives of others.

However, one thing the Leadership Development Team discussed during our recent meeting is that this needs to be for and about you — not just about how to serve others.

The majority of the Leadership Community members are in a close relationship with someone through which they themselves are being mentored. That is important for all of us.

However, if you’re not in a relationship like that or if you’d like to explore what it could look like to enhance the relationship you’re in, contact any member of the Leadership Development Team. We will be happy to help in any way possible to make sure you’re being fed and nurtured and nourished in the way that is called for by this part of your own journey.
